Every HCC piece is cut, pressed, sewn, or serged after you order it — not before, not "just in case," not in a size run somebody in a boardroom guessed would sell. One shop, one order at a time. That's not a supply chain problem we're solving. It's a supply chain we never created.

A typical size run is built for the sales that might happen. The rest sits, marks down, or gets tossed.

The only time you'll ever see a clearance sale from us is after a vending event — the occasional piece made for a market or pop-up that didn't sell that day. That's it. No warehouse markdowns, no seasonal dumps, no "we overbought." Almost nothing we make goes unsold, because almost nothing we make exists before you order it.

Fiber scraps and vinyl scraps get saved, not tossed — they get worked back into future pieces whenever there's a use for them. And if a shirt gets misprinted badly enough that we pull it from sale, it doesn't get thrown out. Our team, owner included, wears it.
