Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused, undamaged items with the original Hustle City tag still attached. If the tag has been removed or the item shows any signs of wear, it is not eligible for return.

How to request a return: Contact us at CustomerService@HustleCityClothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. We do not charge restocking fees.

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if returned items show signs of wear, washing, or damage upon inspection, even if tags are still attached. Full refunds are only issued for items in completely unworn, resellable condition.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Add-ons and upgrades (crop modifications, tank modifications, same-day pickup, etc.) — these involve custom labor and are final sale
  • Sale items — anything in the Sale collection is final sale
  • Sample Sale items — all sample sale products are final sale, as noted in product descriptions
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items with tags removed

Underwear & Intimates All underwear and intimate apparel sales are final. Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each order is shipped sealed with our official tamper-evident seal. Items are eligible for return only if the hygiene seal is completely unbroken and undamaged upon receipt.

The only exceptions are items received damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. If that's you, reach out — we'll make it right.


Defective or incorrect items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at Customer Service. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
