Shipping, Local Pickup & Local Delivery

Most Hustle City Clothing items are made to order. Please allow time for production before your order ships, becomes available for pickup, or leaves for delivery. Production time varies by item, materials, order volume, and custom requirements. Shipping transit times and delivery arrival estimates do not include production time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight, and available carrier services. We primarily use USPS and occasionally offer UPS. Available shipping options and prices are displayed before you complete your purchase. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Free local pickup: Contactless pickup is free at HCCHQ, 3140 Michigan Ave, St. Louis, MO 63118, in Tower Grove East. Select local pickup at checkout when available. Once your order is ready, follow your pickup notification to arrange your pickup window and receive your locker code and collection instructions. Please wait for confirmation before arriving and collect your order during your confirmed window. If your plans change or you have trouble accessing the locker, contact us for assistance.

Local delivery: Local delivery costs $7.50, requires a minimum order of $20, and is available within a 4-mile radius of HCCHQ at 3140 Michigan Ave, St. Louis, MO 63118. Select local delivery at checkout when available for your address. To receive free delivery through a promotion, you must enter a valid free-delivery discount code at checkout and confirm that the discount has applied before completing your order. Free delivery is provided through the discount code; it is not issued as a credit after delivery.

Once your order is ready and leaves for delivery, we provide a tracking link so you can follow its progress, view the driver’s location while location sharing is active, and see an estimated arrival time. Tracking covers the delivery trip, not production. Arrival estimates may change because of traffic, weather, or connection interruptions. You can submit gate codes, building access details, and drop-off instructions through the tracking page; check for the driver’s acknowledgment of any updates. Please provide a complete address and accurate contact information, and contact us directly if your address changes or the driver may have difficulty accessing the location. A delivery photo is recorded when your order is dropped off.
